Professional Christmas Light Installation Company - looking for Team Leads

Job Duties:

• Lead 2-8 installers on work sites during installation, repairs, & quality assurance
• Communicate with team members, customers, & office to accomplish jobs & ensure quality
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot & diagnose issues to resolve problems & maintain decorations & lighting installed

Requirements:

• Must have leadership skills
• Must have valid Driver License & one other ID - bring to interview
• Must be motivated, team player, hard working and goal driven
• Must not be afraid of heights
• Bilingual English & Spanish a plus
