Q: How long does a bid proposal take?
A: It usually will take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes and our sales representative will be able to go over all pricing with you?
Q: How long does the install take & do I need to be home for the service?
A: The install will take anywhere from 2-8 hours. In most cases the customer does not need to be home for the installation, maintenance, or take down. However, you must be home to receive a bid proposal.
Q: Do you offer same day installs?
A: It is possible, but depends on the time of year.
Q: What color lights do you offer?
A: Clear lights are the most popular, but we also offer Green, Red, Blue or any combination.
Q: Do I have to turn on my lights every night?
A: No, all Certified Lights installed for customers have timers. We will set the On/Off times that you desire.
Q: What if something happens to my lights?
A: We are a full service company. Your lights and decorations are guaranteed day-to-day. If you have any problems we will respond within 24 hours.
Q: Can you install the lights I purchased on my own?
A: No, all of our lights are the highest quality and custom made to our timers, plugs, and outlets. We will only guarantee our materials.
Q: Do I own the lights?
A: No, because Certified is a full service company and your pricing only includes a portion of the light costs. Each year we test and replace products as needed, so you never have to pay for new lighting unless you want to add items.
Q: Do you only do residential?
A: No, we offer both residential and commercial lighting.
Q: How long have you been in business?
A: Certified has been in business for 32 years. We are a licensed franchise of the largest Christmas Light Installation Company in the United States.
